Everyday Yoga designs and sells apparel intended to support your yoga practice and mindful living.

• Product Information: We strive to display product colors, features, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Product descriptions are not guaranteed to be error-free.
• Final Sale Items: In alignment with our commitment to community well-being and hygiene, Yoga Leotards & Jumpsuits and All Kids’ Yoga Apparel are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival. Please choose these items carefully.
• Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or inventory issues.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable sales, VAT, GST, or import duties levied by your country, which are not included in the product or shipping price.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order amount (including taxes and shipping) to your chosen payment method.

4.4 Shipping

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Methods & Timelines:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat fee via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment.
• International Orders: We ship worldwide, excluding a few remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy applies, with the following summary:

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item(s).
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Process: Initiate a request by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window to receive an RMA number and instructions.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we approve the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• Final Sale Items: As stated in Section 3, Yoga Leotards & Jumpsuits and All Kids’ Apparel are not eligible for return or exchange for reasons of fit or change of mind.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and the overall design (the “Content”), is the property of Everyday Yoga or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyday Yoga, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or products, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

The products are provided “as is” without any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
