Our Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. They must be returned in the original packaging or a suitable protective package.
Important Note on Final Sale & Hygiene-Sensitive Items
In alignment with our commitment to community well-being and mindful consumption, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Yoga Leotards & Jumpsuits: Due to the close-fitting nature and hygiene considerations of these garments.
- All Kids’ Yoga Apparel: To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety for our youngest practitioners.
Please choose these items carefully. We are happy to provide detailed size charts and guidance to help you select the perfect fit.
For all other items—including Women’s and Men’s Yoga Apparel, Leggings, Pants, Shirts, Jackets, Hoodies, and Tops—our standard return and exchange policy applies.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our small Oakland team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
Refunds & Credits
For Returns (Refund):
- Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we approve the return.
- Amount: You will be refunded the full item price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it appears in your account depends on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.
For Exchanges:
- We will ship the requested exchange item once the return is approved. If the new item has a different price, we will process a partial refund or charge the difference using your original payment method, and will contact you beforehand.
- Exchange shipping is complimentary for the first exchange.

International Returns
As we serve a global community, we accept returns from all our served regions (excluding some remote areas). The process is the same. Please note:
- You are responsible for any international return shipping costs and potential customs duties.
- Refunds will be issued in US Dollars. The amount received in your local currency may vary slightly based on exchange rates at the time of refund.
